Zoom Backgrounds
How to Upload the Zoom Backgrounds
On Desktop (Windows/Mac):
- Open the Zoom app and sign in
- Click your profile picture, then go to Settings
- Select Backgrounds & Effects from the left sidebar
- Under Virtual Backgrounds, click the + (plus) icon
- Choose Add Image or Add Video
- Select your file and click Open, it will appear in your background list
- Click on it to activate it
On Mobile (iOS/Android):
- Join or start a meeting
- Tap the More (...) button in the meeting controls
- Tap Virtual Background
- Tap the + icon to upload an image from your camera roll
